1. Introduction

This document outlines the legal terms and conditions for the use of the eFactura software provided by RGK Software SAS ("Company"). By using eFactura, you ("User") agree to comply with the terms set forth in this document. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the software.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the eFactura software, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, are owned by RGK Software SAS. The software is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly under the terms of this agreement.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software in any form without written consent from the Company.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels from the software.

3. License and Use

eFactura is provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to the User. The User is authorized to use the software solely for personal or business-related purposes as per the terms outlined in the subscription agreement or software contract.

Unauthorized use of eFactura beyond the scope of this license is strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The eFactura software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. RGK Software SAS does not guarantee that the software will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RGK Software SAS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use eFactura. This includes but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if RGK Software SAS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Data Privacy

The use of eFactura may involve the processing of personal data. RGK Software SAS is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Any data collected through the software will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

7. Termination

RGK Software SAS reserves the right to terminate your access to eFactura at any time, without notice, if you violate any of the terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy any copies in your possession.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uruguay. Any disputes arising from the use of eFactura will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uruguay.
